SHIPPING POLICY of Sigmed Imaging to its customers
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days.
Purchases for equipment occur Monday through Friday. Saturday shipments of products are decided on a per item basis. If Sigmed Imaging is experiencing a high volume of orders, we will communicate with the customer on any potential delays via email and/or phone call.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Since all items on our website are different in size, weight and shape each item will have an individual price per shipment to our customers. This cost will be communicated to the customer before shipment and will be agreed on by both parties. The cost will be determined by the weight and size of product and the customer will bear the cost of shipping the item to their destination of choice whether it is domestic or international.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Sigmed Imaging does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All addresses must be a physical address verified by Sigmed Imaging before shipment.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once Sigmed Imaging ships your product a representative from the company will email your company the tracking number of the product.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Sigmed Imaging is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Sigmed Imaging is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Sigmed Imaging ships to many countries across the world. Please contact us about the item you would like to purchase and let us know your country of delivery so we can properly discuss if Sigmed Imaging can or will ship to the country.
